Great product. Make sure you have a shaker bottle with a blender ball.
When I first received the product, I tried blending it in my water bottle, and it was extremely clumpy, and I was disappointed. I learned to instead blend it in a shaker bottle with a blender ball first and then pour it into my water bottle. After that, I pop it in the freezer a few hours before lifting, and it's a nice refreshingly cold smooth drink, it requires no additional shaking. As far as flavor, I mix it with 30 ozs of water instead of the 16 oz that is recommended, so it is more watery than it is intended and less sweet which is what I prefer, taste is still good. I definitely notice that my muscles are much more full during my workouts, not like a pre-workout, but just a really massive swelling in the muscle that feels amazing. I don't use it with any preworkout (besides coffee) or vasodilation products, so I know for sure that this stuff works.

Great Carb Supplement that doesn’t leave you feeling full or bloated.
I have been looking for a carb supplement for a few months now and read so many reviews and have tried so many different brands. This brand, by far, the NutraBio Super Carb was as smooth as water. I never felt full or bloated - however, I did notice a big pump on leg and shoulder day when i was at the gym. I don’t like eating carbs so being able to consume them in a liquid form with zero side effects I was so pleased.

I enjoyed this product when I tried it out. The taste was really yummy, and I did get more endurance during long lifts. Price point for the performance though wasn't it for me - unless you're pushing a new PR and don't mind the extra calories or are a super serious athlete, probably not worth the purchase.

I used this as a carb and electrolyte supplement for a 150mi ultra marathon. They worked great with no stomach issues.
