This product offers a lot of things in one package.It's plant powered for vegetarians, has electrolytes so that it gives energy to all people, and it's keto friendly, so it's what a lot of people are looking for in products right now. In terms of the taste, usually, vegan products tend not to be the best tasting. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the Fruit Punch flavor has a nice taste to it. You can taste the Fruit Punch, but it's not overpowering.After taking the product for a few days, I can feel a difference. Usually, I feel tired and groggy in the morning, but after taking this, I feel a nice boost of energy throughout the day. When I take it before some cardio, I do feel more energized during my workout.The only issues that I have with this product is that it could be a bit cheaper and be FDA approved.Overall, I really like this product, because it offers many health benefits at only 10 calories a serving.

Love love this BCAA flavor better than fruit punch, it really taste like coconut water with a hint of lime. I drink it even if I don’t go to the gym.

I bought this to help stay hydrated during this hot NYC summer--something to drink post work out and sip while at the office. I love three things about this.Coconut Flavor--very natural flavor a bit tangy and lightly and pleasantly sweetEase of use--mixes well in a shaker or just stirred with a spoonMega dose of B12!--Wow this packs quite the B12 punch!While I am not a plant-based eater, it's still hard for even meat eaters to get the proper amounts of B12 so this is great! The carbs are low enough for most people and when I am super low-carbing I'll just have a half a scoop and still, it still tastes great and makes me feel energetic! I think most people know they should not be drinking sugar-laden recovery drinks like Gatorade and even PowerAde zero has a bit of a chemical-like aftertaste so this is better than both of those hands down!Here's a secret: Mix this with a little Pelligrino, Perrier or even seltzer and put it over ice and you have a healthy summertime drink that re-hydrate you while enjoying some light fizziness.

When I open the bcca I thought was going to be full but I was wrong it came out half the container I’m wondering why they putting half container for the bcca it happen with muscle recovery from garden life planted based was small but not full I finish it over a week it didn’t last that long I was so Pissed and this one it happening again and it a joke that they sold it at 40 I’m like WTH.

I've been using Gnarly BCAA's for a couple of years now and they've been great. Good flavor and I don't seem to struggle with the use of Erythritol (but, it will be interesting to see if I notice a difference when I switch it out and try something new). However, I'm always looking for ways to keep my products clean and came across Elevate while I was looking for a plant-based protein. Read the reviews on the BCAA's and was pretty excited that they use monk fruit to sweeten. The flavor was great and was also happy that there is no caffeine in this either. I'm excited to try a few other products from this line. The only shocking part was when I opened the canister, it was less than half full. If there is that much settling, they should used a smaller package. Hoping there is actually 30 servings in there.

I really wanted to like this BCAA mix because it is plant powered and good quality ingredients. However, the flavor is just not good. It doesn’t mix well into water and leaves a lot of white residue in your glass or shaker bottle regardless of shaking. I think there are better options out there especially for the price range and flavor, but appreciate the attempt at a cleaner supplement.

Really like these and may continue to order it, if something better doesn't come along, but the Fruit Punch container says 12 ozs while the Coconut Lime says 13.4... and the Coco Lime container is smaller than that of Fruit Punch! Just a little odd, but the taste is great and dissolves easily with some ice cubes added to the bottle and shaken well.

I was happy to see a new plant based BCAA product on the market. But I was a little skeptical about the flavor since I am not a huge coconut (or lime) fan. However to my surprise, the taste is VERY good! I am a fitness enthusiast but also a school teacher and parent of a 4 year old child. I find it so difficult to get proper nutrition during my hectic schedule. I love that I can throw a scoop of Elevate BCAAs in a shaker bottle and sip it throughout my day, or even use it during my Zumba classes to keep me going! The formula is very hydrating and I really like the ingredients. This brand’s protein powder is delicious too. I will keep buying for sure!
