I purchased this colloidal silver test meter because I make colloidal silver about every two months. And I needed to know if my silver was the estimated strength. I used this meter when first purchased and it worked perfectly. Loved it then and I haven’t used it until today, two months later. Well…it’s dead as door nail only have to being used once. So I removed the batteries and tested voltage thinking that the power was left on. Batteries are fine. Now I’m stuck with a inoperable meter because the return window is closed. Hopefully the vendor will resolve this problem.

I have not used the product yet. Instructions are very straight forward. All items were in the package and in good condition.

I received this, appeared all in order, but when I tried to use it, it does not register anything in my colloidal silver, or even in tap water. I cant find any way to contact the company to request refund and return of useless product. I cant give it ANY stars! well, I had to give it 1 star for the review to be accepted. :-(I later found a way to contact and they promptly refunded my money, so I gave them 3 stars for their customer service. I would rather have given 5 stars for a working unit.. 😏

When making colloidal silver it’s important to know when you have the correct amount. We’ve made two batches. The first was finished in a couple hours but we wanted a higher concentration. With the meter, it gave us the information we needed so we didn’t go to high with part’s per million. Definitely buy this. Super easy to use and easy instructions. Plus inexpensive.

Easy to use and fast read out. Bought a machine back in the day and wasn't sure if it was functioning properly. Meter alaid my doubts. Very happy. Satisfied customer.

I got my unit yesterday. I don't have another unit calibrated for colloidal silver but I have a precise thermometer. I poured some water into a glass and checked its temperature using the tester temperature function: 23 C. Then I used my precise thermometer - it was showing only 17 C.No more comments...
