How long does the battery last?

Hi, from my experience a battery A10 works normally approximately 4 days, if you use the device about 8 hours a day and perform the recommendation of device's manufacturer - take out a battery when you don't use the device for a long time. I buy A10 batteries online and at Costco net. Price / shelf life ratio is good in Costco stores: the price of package of 48 A10 batteries is approximately $ 9.

tolerance level right ear 100+db are the available earpieces adaptable to this?

Sorry, more powerful hearing aids will be required if it exceeds 100 db.

do they filter background noise

My husband says they work very well if you get them adjusted correctly. The amplifier comes with an adjusting tool. Hope this helps.
