Had to wait awhile to review this bracelet because it did seem to be just a cheap piece of elastic plastic as one negative review says. However, it has saved my life on occasions when careless people (dentists, doctors, contractors, shoppers in crowded stores) seemed about to injure me and cause me to bleed, thereby sending me on a trip to the emergency room. I used to have a nice looking stainless steel bracelet and it broke but this elastic plastic one seems indestructible. After six months wearing it 24/7 it still looks brand new. I was also worried that the white painted letters (they're so easy to read from a distance) might get rubbed off so I bought a second bracelet as a spare. The letters are just as crisp and new looking as the day I first put the bracelet on. This is maybe the highest quality product I ever bought from Amazon and I highly recommend it to all who are on Xarelto. It might save your life!

Bracelets are exactly what I was looking for. My doctor suggested I get a medic bracelet to alert people that I am taking blood thinners so I set out to find some. I didn’t want it to be the regular medal one which there is nothing wrong with I just wanted something a little different. They can be worn 24 hours a day whether in water or out of water. It just looks like a bracelet! It is comfortable, durable, soft rubber and puts me at ease. It’s very easy to read! It was a great choice and I’m very pleased with my purchase especially since I will be taking Xarelto for awhile. I’m going to purchase some for a friend who’s taking the same medication.

After finding out that I will have to be on Xarelto for the rest of my life and bleeding being a side effect, I was advised to get a medical bracelet should I ever not be able to reveal that I am taking a blood thinner. I really didn't want one of the heavy metal ones and when I saw this I thought this is perfect. I got a package of two, lightweight, beautifully embossed. I recommend this highly for anyone taking Xarelto whether it be short term or like myself long-term. Be safe, this purchase will hopefully save my life one day.

I wear it with the writing facing my skin, so it looks like a shiny black band - which matches almost everything else I wear! The nicest looking Xarelto bracelet. A must for anyone on Xarelto!

I bought this as alternative when I don't want to wear my Medic Alert dogtag ID (which has a ton of information specific to me). It serves the intended purpose. I would say that it feels a little small (and I don't have big wrists) and the cursive script is not what I would have picked if I had more choices. I'd prefer something less flowery. Having said all of that, it is a nice alternative when I don't want a necklace on (getting wet, exercising, etc).

A little small for my wrist but it gets the message across. If I'm ever in an accident or some other situation where I can't respond the EMTs or whoever is caring for me will know I could have other serious issues going on.

It is what it is. Pricey for rubber-like wrist band, but less expensive than other metal bracelets I researched. Have had it 2-3 weeks and has held up perfectly so far. Purchased for my wife who hopes to only be on blood thinners for a short time do it seemed be a good solution for our needs.

Never have to take it off - even for bathing. Had it for several months now; no quality problem at all. Perfectly fine.
