Great product for the price. I wanted 4k for as cheap a rate as possible and hence took a risk and bought (having had no info prior that Kodak was selling tvs). Safe to say that i have not been disappointed. The display is decent enough. And the higher resolution makes it great to watch with Netflix and my Ps4 pro. Audio too is better than what i expected at this price anywayCons of the product would be the rather slow and unintuituve tv remote as well as the clunky apps which were rather hard to navigate.Ps: my tv turned up with the screen sticking out of the frame at one part, which was quickly resolved by the installation service agent

The 4K resolution runs at 30Hz and not 60Hz as advertised, when connected to the laptop. Color reproduction is only good for 4K films and video and not for any professional video making. It is worst for professional use as the color seen is way different from what it should e actually.Really good TV for this price and the best for video. Just see that the 30Hz refresh rate is a bit laggy for the 4K video while using it as a computer monitor.The apps runs really slow and I saw real slowness in running YouTube video at 720p also through app. Other video apps were not at par with speed and was slow. Remote control was slow while selecting apps. Same video was running fine in my laptop in YouTube.Rest assured everything is fine as a TV at this price point. It is huge in size and mind it covers a huge area on table.

This TV is the best deal at this price range, so for all of those who are on budget, look no further. The tv has all smart features, Netflix, YouTube, etc. The picture quality is amazing considering the price. I got this tv for playing video games and streaming, and so far I haven’t run into any sort of issues. You could also cast YouTube videos on the TV and music from Spotify using your cellphone, I was surprised to see this feature in a budget television. There are 3 HDMI ports so you can have at most 3 devices plugged in at once. A 4K tv is unbelievable at this price and I’m happy with the purchase.

This product was delived to me on 2nd October 2019, and I'm writing this review on 1st February 2020. So please keep in mind this is after 4 months of usage.So i have been experiencing problems with the TV ever since, and after multiple complaints, (written & calls) in the past 4 months, i am finally writing this review.Problems i have faced:1. DISTORTION IN IMAGE:There is a certain flickering in the tv at random moments while watching the tv.It's hard to explain this over text, but if you had seen the old cable TVs, and there were problems with the cable, the certain black and white screen came up, this is something like that, however, the distorted image doesn't last very long, but for a few milliseconds. But the frequency of this problem is growing day by day, and it's very irritating to watch tv with picture distortion every few seconds.2. HOPELESS APP INTERFACEThe apps on the app store are the worst you could every find. There is absolutely no functionality, you cannot navigate most of the apps with the buttons, this includes, problems with Netflix, Prime Video, Hotstar.3. FURTHER INTERFACE PROBLEMSDo not update the YouTube app on your tv, i did that mistake and my YouTube app over the tv stopped working completely. So i have to reset my tv to it's factory settings, just to get my YouTube app working. And all this was not easy, as after putting in a few hours just to login into all the other apps, this problem happened and i had to do it all over again.Trust me, if you are into binging or streaming content online, I'd rather suggest you to invest ₹6000 and buy the 4k firestick4. WORST CUSTOMER CAREIf you're all still reading this, this is perhaps the most important of all problems, if you're buying an electronic item, make sure you read about it's service, because if youre getting a good product cheap, and you realise they had bad after sales service, DO NOT BUY THE PRODUCT!In the past 4 months, regular complaints, over calls and not getting any resolution, and wasting my time over calls, i finally decided to make a written complaint over email.I have about 10 mails, which i sent, and they have kept asking me for redundant information, "like send the video of problem you are facing", i told them multiple times that the problem i face of you distorted image and it happens from time to time, hence i cannot really make a video of it.. you please send a technician, which they haven't sent to far. My complaint number is KD20191239, registered with them.Further they tell me that their technician checked the TV and said the "tv is working fine", however nobody even visited to check the TV in the first place.Even if you're getting some offer about extended warranty, do not fall prey to it and buy this, since warrenty is just a SCAM!

Kodak 43 inch ultra 4K Smart TV. This TV has excellent screen quality and sound. The features are numerous and compatible with Amazon Fire Stick. Reception is very good when attached to an indoor, wall-mounted antenna. I purchased this TV on Amazon and it arrived with no damage whatsoever and all parts were included. The TV is lightweight and has a thin profile, so it doesn't overwhelm the area where it is placed. Cords and wires attach to the back in a way that won't add to the depth of the TV's size. I've had the TV for over two weeks with no problems - awesome quality. I would fully recommend this TV to others looking to purchase a quality TV. All hail Kodak .. long live Kodak ..

Remote is weird.... very weird..... can't really figure out 2. Manual sent is of totally different models 3. Connectivity at back is very poorly placed 4. No user manual available on net too 5. Youtube videos will also show different remote modelsYet to check with DTH connectivity. Will post further updates after using more.

Overall in a price range of 20k u will have this TV as a good option, picture quality is also OK, little bit lagging in voice recognition, smart features is also OK but if u want to see 4k movies u need to search online or to see exact 4k quality u need to have an HD connection with your cable. Overall till the date I m happy. Will edit my review if something not good about the product hope not to have such situation.. Recommended product..
