These test probes are solid and well made. Their shape is good for contacting pads without damaging them.For those of you wondering if you want to use these for programming - it works fine. However - and this is not a fault of the product - the round point makes it a tad bit harder to get a good electrical contact. However the round point doesn't damage the pad. It's a trade off you have to decide on.Other notes:Does not fit in a 0.1" pitch header. I was being ambitious.Don't bend it - it breaks on the seam they put in to hold all the parts together.Overall it's a great product - use as directed and you won't have any issues.
