Does the job, fast, reliably, and without fuss. Perfect Modem really.
Signed up to Spectrum 300 Mbps package, and it is feeding the house at 320 Mbps.Setup is as simple as plugging it in to the PC or via Wifi to Smartphone, and putting a password in.When it is linked to the LAN in the house, just call your internet provider tech over the phone, tell them the MAC address printed on the back. Within 3 minutes, it is up and running!Nothing more to it. It is on 24/7. It's consistent, and paired with a good router, it will provide internet at whatever speed your ISP can push into it.I bought the refurbished one for $68.99 (new MSRP is $95) and it has been flawless, not a scratch on the surface.

Working well so far!
I'm a huge fan of refurbished electronic equipment (like modems and routers) that don't have any mechanical wear items (like fans). This is probably the 6th item of this type that I've purchased. Only 1 has gone bad, and that was after a couple years of service. This modem connected without too much trouble ( a ten minute phone call to ISP), and has been running for ~10 days now without interruption. I bought it to handle upgraded service at 400Mbps, and I've been able to see those speeds with wired connections from my router.Very happy with my purchase.

First unit I received was a dud
I moved into a new house and needed to setup internet seeing how my job relies on internet access. First unit arrived as a dud. My ISP couldn't activate it because it wasn't showing up on the network as alive when it was. I got a new one sent out to me the next day and all went well with that one. My only gripe aside from that is that it seems like a very lightweight piece of hardware and any tension or torsion on any connected cables could easily tilt or knock down the modem. Aside from that, it performs as it says as long as you don't get a dud like I did.

Works as advertised even if "renewed"
I upgraded my internet service and needed a modem that could handle the new capacity. I also wanted a device with enough down/up streams to handle multiple people working from home or schooling from home while having music or shows streaming. This modem does all of that when paired with a router than can handle the same. I have mine paired with a TP-LINK Archer C3150 router.I also didn't want to pay the price for a newer DOCSIS 3.1 modem since I don't have a 1Gig service plan. The reduced price of a renewed product was perfect. I was able to register the modem with Comcast/Xfinity with no issues. The modem has been working solidly for 10 months with zero issues. This is a great product for service plans with speeds up to 500Mbps with multiple simultaneous users.Modems and routers are devices that either work or don't work. A renewed product will function the same as a brand new one until it ceases to function. Modems are very basic and resilient devices. I'm an IT professional with years of experience.

good as new
Needed to update my modem from Comcast. I previously owned my own but it became slow and my internet would just freeze. The tech from Comcast had said earlier that my modem would need to be replaced. I found this modem after research and reviews, even looked up refurbished modems. So far this is working great, my internet is much more responsive. This modem looks brand new, very happy with this purchase.

It lasted a year
When I first bought it:So I apparently got the really crummy modem from my internet provider. My connection and speed were trash. I put this baby in and things have been working. Oh that and a new cable. Saves me 10 off my internet bill. I still have connection issues but that's my ISP. I'm happy with it so far and like the login interface. It's April 2021 and I've had this router for over a year. I started to get internet drops during gaming, work meetings, and even discord drops. Medicom says it's the modem. It lasted a years. Medicom would of charged me $10 a month. I won't get reimbursed anything in the future. Its a crap shoot.
