IKEA - RISSLA Desk pad, black

I've had this for a few years now and I'm glad I bought it. With the lip, it doesn't move around on you and I really like the flap so I can stick a few items underneath. My only complaint is I wish they would offer a left-handed version with the flap being on the right side so I'd have more writing room on the left side. Maybe one day they will.

I first bought one of these six years ago and loved it. It has a metal plate in it and is very sturdy, the lip keeps it from moving around but I wore out a spot with my mouse after six years of not using a mouse pad so I bought another exactly like the first one. I was impressed that they still made the same one. No need to change perfection.

I actually bought this at ikea, and really like it. Although its only $25 at the store. And its wayyyy overpriced here. Its has a nice "leather" feel and made of metal underneath and quite hefty and wont shift around. You can use magnets to hold down papers too.

I was a little worried at first because this product is only $25 at Ikea, but then when it came in the mail it also came with a mail order bride as well! Wow, just what I wanted! Me and Alexandra are now living happily ever after. Hands down the best $75 plus shipping I've ever spent!

I thought this was great when I first got it. Unfortunately, that didn't last long. The edge where you touch it a lot will start to peel pretty badly. Then it looks horrible. Only got a few months' use out of it before it started to peel and come unstitched.
