I love this phone. It's way faster than my old one, has lots of storage space, a good camera, and it looks good, too. Plus it's rugged, so I don't worry about it like I did my old phone.

Phone is light and cheap-feeling compared to other rugged phones I've had. I had the phone for three days. I dropped it from the dizzying height of two feet and the Gorilla Glass cracked. I've dropped non-rugged from greater heights that didn't break. Contacted customer support and they never replied. The phone does have one redeeming quality. It makes a good door stop.

Bought this phone in March 2020 and it won't charge. I bought two new chargers. It won't turn on.

Beautiful phone, fast, somewhat durable and the battery is alright. The one thing, and I do mean the one thing I have problems with is that the head phone jack is very loose and doesn't work very well, cuts in and out and quite frankly a bit irritating. I've had to resort to Bluetooth ear buds ( I'm a bit of an audiohead, and Bluetooth earbuds are not exactly my favorite, for they are not as good as wired when it comes to drivers and sound quality). Other than that I highly recommend this phone. Haven't had any issues with updates, program's, etc. Haven't needed to call customer service, but seriously, the head phone jack is my only serious gripe. Other than that... B+

After 6 months the battery wouldnt hold a charge. Then just shut off and would never turn back on. Dont buy this phone its garbage. I tried repeatedly to get ahold of the company to use my warranty and I never got ahold of anyone. Never got a reply. I'm pretty upset avput this. No one will return my emails or calls. Its a big waste of money. DONT BIY THIS PHONE!!!

This phone is a great value for the money. Two thumbs up.

Thebunderwater part is cool butbi dint feel the screen is very durable and it doesnt getting signal from any of thebtowers like any ofher phones. It womt allow to dend picture messaging. The phone feeps very cheap doesnt feel like a rugged phone.
