Nice little unit
Seems cheap but does the job. Need to go slow so you don't take to much off and then use a rasp.

Pencil sharpener, not tip shaper
I bought this thinking the taper on the inside would roughly match the taper of a regular cue. I was wrong! This is an oversized pencil sharpener that would shape the tip to a point like a pencil. Due to the drastic cutting angle, the blade digs in and takes a chunk. If you're not careful this will cut down to the ferrule and through it! I don't recommend this shaper to anyone!

Use this to damage your cue tip
I used as directed, it did trim the cue tip, but also damaged my Ferrel . Will cost me 60.00 to fix. Who will pay for this???
