Really helps heal and prevent mouth ulcers due to medication (chemotherpay agents).

For a very long time I suffered with frequent and recurring mout ulcers related to the chemotherapy agents I took to manage autoimmune conditions. I found that a lysine capusle in the morning and another before bed has great decreased the frequency and severity of mouth ulcers. Ihave passed this tip along to other I know who take methotrexate, remicaide, and rituxan. Solaray makes high quality nutritional supplements that are well worth the few extra pennies or dollars when compared to cheaper supplements because they deliver far better results. I highly recommend this product and this manufacturer (Solaray).

Great supplement!

I bought this to combat cold sores because I’d read that monolaurin works better than the lysine I’d been taking. Within two days, my cold sores were gone and as a bonus, I noticed my anxiety levels were noticeably lower. I read more about monolaurin and discovered that it can also be used for anxiety and depression relief. I’ve already ordered another bottle!

Seems to be doing its job...

I have been taking this for a couple weeks and have not gotten sick. I am not sure if it is due to taking the vitamin but am sure it has a little something to do with it. This vitamin is easy to take and does not cause any feeling of nauseousness which I am thankful for. I will continue to purchase and see if it can keep colds away this year.

My secret weapon

I've had issues with my stomach for awhile. Someone suggested this so I ran to Amazon to find them. I started to see results in a couple of days. My stomach isn't sensitive anymore plus it's helping with weight loss. That's a win win!!!!

Nice capsule, not a giant tablet.

It's a capsule filled with powder. You could make a topical treatment with it. Lysine helps my K P skin quickly. Not quite enough product to make it a big bargain but it's good product in my opinion. No flavor.
