It had safety sealing on both the outside and inside.I "loaded" the first 3 days by taking it three times a day. Now I take it once a day.It dissolves easily in water, but now I put it in my breakfast smoothie when I make it.I didn't notice any bad smell, taste, after-taste, upset stomach or any other adverse side effects.It comes with a long-handled scoop for the proper amount.I like that it is only one ingredient, non-GMO, gluten free and made in the USA.The only problem I have is once in a while I get the lid on too tight and since the container is so big around it is kind of hard to get my hand around to get it loose.Good value for the money and I will buy this product again.
