Loved the black/white design of this Tennessee State Flag design element. But the finish completely deteriorated upon the first drive in a downpour. Aren't licenses plates supposed to be able to go out in the conditions that their cars do? Wet, dry, hot, cold, snow ... Of course this happened after the Amazon return date, so I don't know if I'll get any relief on this, or just stuck with an unfortunately bad choice...

Bought this Oct 7th, it's now just a little more than 30 days after getting it (Nov 11th 2019). During a windy day here on the east coast my new "metal" plate bent. I'm super surprised that this happened. I figured the fact this was metal it would last for awhile, more than 30 days mind you. I'm not happy with the way it looks anymore but what can you do. Meh! I've been now eye balling a new license plate add-on to my rear end plate. Hopefully they will have something that will not wear out in weather conditions.

Ordered black TN Flag plate (tri-star). The first order was an empty envelope. The second order and actual product had a nice looking plate. The issue is that the black quickly faded, in less than a month: Now, my “black” TN flag plate is a nice shade of plum?Do not order. Just save yourself the time, money, and effort.

This plate was bought to replace one that had been on the car for several years and finally faded from being out in the sun. The new one has faded almost as much in less than 3 months on the car (the old one is on the right of the photo). Save your money and look elsewhere. Hopefully you will find one that is better quality than this one.

It wasn’t actually black, it was more of a navy or washed out black color. I still put it on my car, but I’ll be looking for something else.

Better made than I imagined. Perfect size. Vibrant colors with a bit of a sparkle in the paint. Very pleased. UPDATE: had this on my vehicle for two months and unfortunately the paint has faded. Trying to think what I can do - maybe spray with a UV resistant polyurethane. Any ideas from anyone. Dropped my star rating to 2 stars

I love this vanity plate, it is so cute and it looks great on my vehicle. I only gave it a one star on the easy to install portion because it doesn’t come with any hardware, you have to buy your own. This is also why I only gave it a 4. If it had come with hardware it would have been a 5 star review.

I really loved this plate in the beginning. However, in less than a year, it has faded from black to a weird brown. It doesn't look good against my black car. I'll be looking for another plate to replace this one.
