+/- : Heavy! And heavy duty.
+ The good news is I have not been in any incident to test this shield against impact.; on the other hand, I can’t report on how well this would hold up to one.Performance Pro’s: In natural elements, it does the job as described. The most notable pro for me is the anti-fogging feature. It does remain clear at all times, but to be fair, I live in mild climate and have not put this to the test of snow or heavy rain because we don’t get any of that. In just the right light refraction/reflection, It can catch a glare that flashes inside the shield for a microsecond. The first few times I thought it was a car’s headlights coming straight at me or that I was just trippin’ but now I’m used to it and it doesn’t catch me off guard. It doesn’t happen often and when it does, again, it’s so brief you may not even notice it at all, depending on your individual eye sight.- Downsides for me were: Rigid, heavy material complicated attachment to my helmet for the first few weeks. It kept unsnapping, or would get pulled off very easily when helmet would be carried around so I was always having to stop and re-affix to the helmet. It doesn’t do that anymore so my guess is, as with shoes, it just had to be broken in, or worn in, to the shape of the helmet. It seems to have finally “relaxed” onto the snapping strap and I no longer have issues with this. On the same token, the polymer material is heavy. I hadn’t accounted for the extra significant amount of weight from a face shield, but it is something to be considered for sure because with my helmet’s ear-to-chin straps already fitted to my face, the shield pulled the helmet down over my eyes so it required re-adjusting all straps, helmet inner foam, liner, and inserts, to compensate for the weight and to be properly balanced on my head without falling down while in motion. But once those kinks were all sorted out, I no longer have any issues there. Lastly, the flip up/down feature of the shield is a little bit of a downer (literally), as it doesn’t flip completely up - at least it’s not able to on my “vintage bubble head-style” motorcycle helmet. It stops where the bottom of the shield is exactly at my eye level, which contorts my vision similar to looking through the thick part at the bottom of a soda pop bottle would, so trying to flip it up is useless as much as it would have been so very useful.Overall, seems to make good on it’s promises. I won’t throw stones; there were kinks to work out but it’s all good after doing so. It’s my first purchase with this kind of item and now I’m equipped with some knowledge and will know what to look for in a future purchase of the utmost importance because, safety first! Hope this helps.

Old school look
I like this face shield because it stays put unlike some other styles and keeps the air out of my eyes. I have this on a 3/4 helmet and although it makes it a little hotter, I can wear my prescription glasses or prescription sunglasses without the wind getting into my eyes and causing them to burn and water. Unfortunately, it would not be safe for me to ride without my glasses on. The shield also keeps bugs from hitting me in the face. Not that I'm worried a bug will mess up my pretty face but they hurt when they hit and don't taste all that good either.All-in-all, I highly recommend the face shield.

Press on those snaps till you hear and field a connect.
For me this is a great product rode for 100 miles today first ride and it performed beautifully. Just ordered another one so I would have a back up. The snaps at Least on mine were difficult to snap into place But they have to be secure press on those snaps until you hear a loud snap one each one If you do that you will not have to worry about the shield coming off.

Great Visor and Great Value
I was a little worried about visual distortion with the fishbowl visor, but it has turned out to be amazing clear.Pros:-Easy install-Crystal clear lensCons:-Get a little air coming in at the top of the visor where it connects to the helmet. It just kind of swirls across my eyes. Nothing a little foam couldn’t fix

Great product
Very strong plastic. When you install it make sure you put a little oil on the snaps and use channel lock pliers to push them on to your helmet snap, this will make it much easier to install.
