Great product from a great manufacturer from a great seller.

My wife and I both really like Thorne products. Any supplement reviews are obviously very subjective, but their quality just seems higher than most. I bought this to see if Magnesium would help me sleep better. I wanted one that is quickly absorb-able, and Thorne fit the bill. It has improved my sleep.

Love this supplement! It is the only one that doesn't upset my stomach. just tastes a bit sour.
