I brought the mattress for my marriage, date on 3rd november 2019, at the time of payment they give delivery on 28 October so i purchased that mattress through amazone and transfer the money through net banking. but the mattress delivered after marriage on 6 th november so i bring another new mattress on time, through amazone delivery i got a big losses. I forgot that losses after 6 six month now the sleepy head asking the feed back of their product, what can i do this time??? Any way i decided to share my experience and opinions about this product in a detailed manner, so that it may be useful for other customers. In this review, I mentioned about the product and my experience in a detailed manner. So, let's get started.====================Packaging and Delivery====================I am really amazed with the packaging, it was a mattress in a box!. It takes 4-5 people to carry a mattress, you won't need them anymore. The sleepyhead sense mattress can be carried by a single person or 2 people for easy transition. That saves a lot in delivery and it was very easy to unbox. It took only a few minutes to unbox it, a safety cutter is provided with the box, use it to cut out the vacuum sealed cover around the mattress, so that the mattress won't be damaged while cutting the cover. The mattress was very thin when I took it out of the box, it came back to it's original shape after cutting out the vacuum sealed cover. It took a few minutes for the mattress to gain it's shape, I wouldn't recommend sitting on it while gaining its shape. The delivery was really satisfactory as it was delivered on time and the delivery guy carried the box upstairs to my room. The top layer is of 1 inch soft PCM foam, the middle layer is of 1.5 inch memory foam and the bottom layer is of 5.5 inch high density foam. The PCM foam on the top layer changes its temperature as to the outer temperature, for example, during summer time the PCM foam will get cooler and will give the user a cool surface, if the weather gets colder, the PCM foam heats up a bit and gives the user a warm feeling, in short, the PCM absorbs the temperature and releases it in an inverse manner. PCM means "Phase Change Material", If you want more info on PCM, you can google it. The midle layer of 1.5 inch memory foam is a bit harder than the PCM foam, but it's still pretty much softer than the high density foam. It gives good support for the spine. The bottom layer of 5.5 inch high density foam gives the mattress a good amount pf height and firmness. These 3 layers of foam is combined into a single mattress. The mattress is covered by a zipper cover, which is removable. We can also wash the cover, I suggest you to buy a mattress protector, so that you won't have to wash the zipper cover much.=====================Comfort of the Mattress=====================The mattress is pretty much comfortable. As I said earlier, the PCM foam is soft and adjusts it's temperature to our body temperature and the outer temperature. The memory foam adjusts to our sleeping position and gives us good comfort. The high density foam gives firmness to the mattress and it provides back support along with the memory foam. The mattress is pretty much firm, the top part is soft and very much comfortable, the bottom part is firm and gives a good support for the soft foams on the top and middle. In my experience, I'd say it's pretty much comfortable for me.============My Experience=============Mattress is ok for all ways.=======Verdict=======At last, we are here at the end of the review. I am extremely un satisfied with the purchase and delivery, I'd definitely recommend this one because of the quality and performance of mattress but please purchase one month before of actual date. Good product

The sleepy head bed which I am using for the past one and half month is very soft, very comfortable to sleep. I recommend my frndzzz and neighbours to buy this bed because of its softness and there is no back pain.

Comfortable to sleep. There is little amount of heat within 10mins. Need some cooling pad for summer.

I am sharing my experience and opinions about the product in a detailed manner, so that others may find it useful. You may note that I am father of two lovely, growing, energetic daughters (5 & 7) who every once in a while love to jump on the beds and build pillow castles on it.*Packaging and Delivery*I was really impressed by with the packaging, it was literally a mattress in a box!. While in general it takes about 3-4 people to carry a mattress, that was not the case here. The sleepyhead mattress could easily be carried by a single person or 2 at best for easy transportation.It was extremely easy to unbox it and put it on the bed. Took me under 5 minutes on each to unbox, place it where I wanted them and jump on. Each mattress in the box came with its own safety cutters to let you cut open the vacuum sealed cover compressing it for the purpose of fitting it into the box.The mattress was very thin when I took it out of the box, it came back to it's original shape after cutting out the vacuum sealed cover. The mattress is pretty much firm, the top part is soft and very much comfortable, the bottom part is firm and gives a good support for the soft foams on the top and middle.In my experience, I'd say it's very comfortable for me and my family.*Is it Helping?*Yes. I personally have no issues but my wife was experiencing some back aches and when we saw the doctor he did tell us to avoid only memory foam based mattress if we had any. When we checked, the mattress we were using was only memory foam based and was contributing to issue with her lower back.Post SleepyHead, thankfully she is not complained of these recurring back aches so sure it is working and no we haven't visited the doctor at least in last few months at all.Note: We did change the pillows as well.*After Sales Support*I really want to touch upon this, the team at Sleepyhead is really a good bunch of people. They called me before the dispatch and asked me for size confirmation, later again called to check upon the delivery and if things went smooth on that front. Took on-the-fly feedback on the packaging and delivery.You may note that they provide 100 nights risk free trial and 10 years of warranty, which I had not noticed when making a purchase but their team members not only reminded me but also connected with me after 3 months to take the holistic overview on my experience with the mattress that far.*Verdict*I am extremely satisfied with the purchase and I'd shy away from recommending this one. Really appreciate this mattress. It's very cool (not sure it's because of Bangalore climate) and comfortable to sleep 😴. It's expensive but worth for every penny you spend.
