Just got pc today excellent condition for a reconditioned unit so far so good with it everything working great .quiet machine super delivery on it .many thanks keep up the good work👍..not sure on gaming yet as not used it for that yet

I've used a PC for years for web browsing and storing documents and photos but my old one was getting slower and slower. As my needs are pretty basic I didn't want or need to spend a lot so with some doubts I bought this recon PC. It was delivered on time and I have to say it is in excellent condition. It boots up astonishingly quickly compared to my old one and everything, including web browsing is much faster. It was easy to set up although Microsoft have made it harder to change PC's as they've taken out the easy swapping routine on Window 10 for all the files, software and settings so it had to be done manually. Aside from that an easy transaction for a very good piece of kit

The computer failed after seven weeks, power unit went, could not get any help from seller, waste of space. Cost 75£ for new power unit. would not buy off this seller again waste of space, rubbish computer.

The inclusion of an SSD really makes the performance of this PC, running W10, sparkle. It turns out that the machine is 8 years old so not suitable for W11, but I don't consider this a significant issue. In all other respects it's a good value, basic household PC. It was well packaged, very tidily presented and worked first time on boot-up.

Bought to replace a dead desktop PC. It arrived without delay, well packaged for transit and free from any damage despite being a refurbished unit. It comes with the offer of extending the warranty, which for the price, I will be taking them up on the offer.It is quiet in operation and fast working. I haven't had an SSD drive before and from what I have seen so far, I should have bought one sooner. Looks like new. I am well pleased with both the computer and the company.

On receiving computer check it over visual inspection no damage or nasty scratches, Usb ports seemed to dusty but they work ok. Having set up the computer no problems using the USB ports 2,3 Wire less dongle fell to bits while trying to plug it in, no problem just used a old one I had Works great. Supper fast will do me for all my opictures

This machine is fast but I had initial problems with booting. The SSD drive was just loose inside the pc so any movement risked it becoming unplugged. This meant that the pc would not boot. I screwed it to the hard drive chassis with a couple of screws and it is now fine but the build quality should have been better.

Used to replace an old p4 windows 7 machine. Case was a bit battered at the back but works fine. Very quick boot because of the large SSD. Not a bad price. I dont play games so graphics etc aren't that important. Very good on MS office and so far only a couple of windows 10 glitches and firefox issues as I dont like Chrome or Explorer.
