This product is junk!!! I didn’t even get to drill a single hole and the bit rounded out and stripped itself! Very poor quality!!

Good price, not good for fiberglass covered 5/8 plywood.Needed to cut openings for new ducting & conduit in my boat. The 5" worked thru the thin epoxy laminated wall, but failed to cut 1/2 way thru the 5/8 plywood after the outer edges of the cutting face wore off.The small mandrel's set screw fell out upon lifting it out of the case, & of course found its way into the weep hole in the cabinet, headed to the bilge never to be seen again.

I needed something to cut several holes of different diameters for a project. The big test came with cutting the 3 1/2" hole 6 times!!! The boards were 3/4" hardwood. Battery powered drills stalled out, had to be recharged, and were time consuming. But after we pulled out the 9amp electric corded drill, the holes were finished in no time!! Because these hole saws were so inexpensive, I kept thinking the hole saw would dull or break or burn up before the job was done. Not so!! All 6 of the holes were drilled and the hole saw still was not destroyed in the process. It lives to serve us on another day on another project. These little cutters are well worth the money!!!

These have to be the worst hole saws I've ever used. I bought these so I could cut holes for making wine racks. I started with the 4 inch blade on my drill press. Even going really slowly, it struggled to cut into pine, one of the softer woods I work with. I had to nurse it along the whole way to get two holes cut. And it tore at the wood so that I had to do a lot of sanding to get the teeth marks out which of course meant it was no longer a perfect 4 inch circle. I'm really disappointed in these. Save your money and buy a higher quality kit.

I purchased these for the good cheap price. I needed a 4" hole saw. I found that one hole saw was as much as the whole set. I used the 4" hole saw to make two holes in two 1/4" clear plastic pieces. I immediately noticed that it wobbled when spinning like it wasn't perfectly round. They did seem to cut good. After I was done cutting all four holes I noticed that where the drill attachment goes it was starting to deform. The picture with the two hole saws shows the hole deforming on the bottom one. I feel like the over all quality of this product wasn't very good. I got the job done I just didn't expect to see the tool already trying to break. I hope this helps you make a better informed decision.

I have been in need of a hole saw set for a good while. I have been waiting on the most value for my dollar. This is it.I have, so far, used it to cut out sink holes in two different kitchens. Both kitchen countertops were laminate countertops and I had no trouble cutting through them.I have a bunch of projects lined up in the near future and this set will save me time and serve me well.

The install plate to help hold the hole saws is poorly design for the tits that hold it in place are too short and will not hold the saw blade cup in place for very long. After only a couple uses they did not hold the saw cup in place therefore not cutting a perfect size hole. I was only trying to cut in to a 1/4 inch thick piece of plywood when this happen. I would only buy a hole saw that had a fix plate for each size blade. I guess I learn the hard way to not buy something that sounds to good and has a low cost.
