Jet Propulsion Missions
I loved this book! I felt I finally understood all the Missions and what they had accomplished. I had a son who worked as an engineer for JPL and always wanted to understand what he was working on. Now I do understand and really appreciate what JPL has accomplished:)Easy to understand!

A Good Read
This book describes missions that revolutionized the space program, our understanding of Mars, our understanding of the oceans of Earth, and many other fields. It is easy to read, with explanations of technical terms that come up, such as: "what is a radar?"It includes back stories about people and about situations that are known inside JPL, but are not otherwise available.

Pretty good
Pretty good synopsis. Lists and describes the JPL Missions. Fails slightly in describing the reasons for some failures, but the Lab probably would not have let these be published.

Back stories on JPL missions - Terrific!
We very much enjoy this engaging history covering so many of the fascinating missions from JPL, especially the inside scoop, the back stories, giving inciteful data from a man who actually worked on so many of these projects. Thank you Bob.
