Im a 41 year old man and on a health drive at the moment after my latest MOT showed I needed to start looking after myself.I have bad posture and wanted to try and correct it and help to improve my core muscles.My mum has had one for a while and said it helped so I thought I would get one.It feels uncomfortable to start with and actually gave me slight pain in my lower back to start with, probably due to using different muscles.However, this disappeared and I liked wearing it.What I found the most interesting is that the next day when I didn't wear it, I did find myself sitting nice and straight.The brace is comfortable, I wouldn't call it invisible under clothing. You definitely can see it especially the belt on your belly but that's not a problem.

I brought this as I had been slouching a lot due to stress when we were all WFH and this has really helped me improve my posture. The straps under the armpits are the most comfortable I have tried and it is really east to put on and take off with the adjusting straps. I have brought several where you have to guess your size and they are impossible to put on and so I cannot stress easy this back brace easy.You know you are wearing it, without it being painful. I suggest wearing a jumper/cardigan over as all my colleagues have commented on it. For the first 2 weeks I wore it every day at work and then reduced down usage to every other day. My back pain has gone and I have been able to reduce my physio appointments to periodic preventative care.

I never thought that I will be able to correct my posture. I bought it to try as my friend recommended to me and I saw big difference on him after 4 months. I started to wear it a month ago and I am still wearing it every day for 6 or 7 hours. The first two weeks I could feel preausure on my back but I believe that it suppose to be as muscles get stronger around the back.I have noticed changes of my posture after 3 weeks. I like having straight posture, I look a bit toller )))

Got this for my son to see if would help pain & posture.After using it few days he felt a difference.Its great quality I honestly think the back pain hes suffered is due to posture the way he walks with head down drooping shoulders etc.Its a small price to pain to get relief and correct posture.I have noticed a difference when he walks in.I would recomend giving it a try

I picked this up because I spend a lot of time at a standing desk, which is terrible for my posture as my shoulders are constantly slouching forward. Wearing this for short periods at work helps me get out of that habbit. Very easy to use and beneficial.

I bought the Large but I'm too large for it. :-( I didn't think to check the sizes. It's impressively well made and sturdy. It's easy to adjust. The instructions are clear and obvious. I'm sure I can find someone else in my family to make use of it. Other than it not working for me it seems pretty awesome.
