First of all, in the description it says specifically "Professionally inspected and tested to work and LOOK LIKE NEW", the pictures added say the opposite, you can clearly see that the back cover is made of glass and it is broken, not scratched, but BROKEN. It has two (2) holes in it. On the other hand, you can see that the generic charger it brought doesn't even have the amperage necessary to provide the energy that the cell phone demands (it would only damage the battery). The boxing is extremely ugly and fragile and for a manual it brought an "Artistry men unknown Eau de parfum" you can see the little effort they put on this. I'm so disappointed. I can't believe AMAZON calls this a "Amazon-qualified supplier". Wouldn't recommend this seller. Hope you can find a solution for this situation.
