I use one every single night to help me breathe while I sleep. My nostrils are rather small and I was snoring a lot. I put one of these on. Hold for about 40 seconds and it stays on all night. I get the extra strength clear ones. Just make sure the area is clean and dry, apply and hold for at least 40 seconds. It will stay on till morning. Definitely recommend!

I find this product incredibly helpful while having a cold, cough, etc., and even when not. However, the sizing is a bit mysterious on the outside of the box and the larger product is really too wide for my nose. I tried cutting it, which works, but can come off in the night. So more accurate sizing information would be helpful, but the product itself definitely works.

These are quite a bit wider than the regular strips I have used in the past, but they are stronger with no unexpected lifting of the edges. Have only been using them for a few days, but no problem with skin sensitivity. All in all, very pleased thus far.
