Does it use an artificial sweetener?

Yes it does. I am diabetic and could not drink it if it had sugar in it. However, the sucralose they use has no after taste. I put it in carbonated water. So it is like drinking a can of soda without the sugar. Incidentally, it tastes great.

Does this liquid water enhancer taste the same as the powder sticks

no. the liquid dissolves better and doesnt have a chalky taste like the powder does. I keep a box of the powder in the event I run out of the liquid, but it is not the same.

They suggest around 8oz of water for one squirt. It’s not measured so it’s up to you to decide how much to add. I also use seltzer instead of plain water. You kind of get a feeling how hard to squeeze the bottle to have a consistent amount of flavoring.
