RadonSeal Efflorescence Cleaner breaks down and removes efflorescence, mineral deposits, mold and mildew, and lime deposits from concrete, bricks and other masonry surfaces. Dissolves and oxidizes - makes efflorescence disappear! Much safer and easier than hazardous acids. Also kills molds and mildew on contact. Leaves no residue. TYPICAL CLEANING APPLICATIONS: Poured concrete, concrete blocks, bricks, stucco, pavers, and man-made stones. RadonSeal Efflorescence Cleaner emulsifies, reacts with, and removes: efflorescence, lime deposits, metal salt stains, molds and mildew. TYPICAL BRICK/CONCRETE PROJECTS: exterior brick walls, chimneys, pavers in pool deck or patios, basement walls and floors, foundation slabs brick fireplaces restoration or renovation of older buildings or structures, kills molds and mildew in damp or musty basements cleans laitance on new concrete, and stone monuments. APPLICATION: Mix the Efflorescence Cleaner with the included mixing tool for 5 minutes (allowing to foam up). Apply the cleaner with a low-pressure sprayer, or a brush. Allow the concrete cleaner to react and emulsify the deposits. Let the surface dry and sweep clean if needed. Avoid applying water, which would re-activate efflorescence inside the concrete or mortar. COVERAGE: Approximately 1,000 sq. ft. Heavy deposits may require a second application. SHIPPING: Ships inside a uniquely vented container, wrapped in a plastic bag. Contrary to the label, it is often mishandled by the courier service and on occasion, product may leak from inside the pail and into the plastic bag. The spilled liquid is still reusable! Carefully remove the pail from the bag, then pour the liquid back into the pail (use a separate empty bucket to make it easy). If the plastic bag has been punctured or has torn resulting in loss of product, please contact courier and refuse to accept shipment due to damaged material. Courier will pick up the damaged pail and we will gladly reship the order.

Effective cleaner
This is an effective cleaner for very stubborn efflorescence. Highly recommended if you're planning on using RadonSeal. Just spray it with a 1 to 2 gallon sprayer and follow the rest of the instructions and you're good to go.

Other Radon Seal products were great but cleaner did not work for me at all
Did not work well for me at all. I gave the Radon Seal Plus and the Ion Bond Armor five stars and wrote a really long positive review. I cannot do the same for this because it did not work for my application and I have most of it sitting on my porch waiting to dispose of.My situation may not have been typical. I spent a lot of time talking with the customer service, about this but also about all the other aspects of my project. The company was very helpful and I must have spent a total of two hours between all my calls talking with them.I used a Bosch Concrete Surface Grinder to remove all of the old sealer paint on the walls and ground them down to bare concrete. I put three coats of the sealer and as explained in the instructions when the sealer expands it pushes the lime and efflorescence out of the interior of the wall. After sealing my walls had a lot of white stuff on them. Some which I think was the salts was like a fuzz and brushed right off. Other was a think white hard coating or stain that did not brush off. I let the walls cure for a couple weeks before trying the cleaner. The cleaner did nothing for this thin hard white coating. It may have been that I waited too long before using the cleaner and it reacted with oxygen and hardened. The cleaner may work for some applications, but it did not work at all for me.Another thought is that I have been very happy with the Bosch Concrete Surface Grinder. It was a lot of work but it really cleaned up my walls. I would recommend grinding over using Muriatic acid.I am sorry for giving only one star. All of the other products I bought from Radon Seal have worked very well for me and the guys I spoke to on the phone were extremely helpful and I am amazed at the amount of time they spent speaking with me.Go read my longer review under Radon Seal Plus to get a long story of my project and using the other products.
