Our bodies need iodine to make our thyroid function. Before diet pills and junk try iodine and this only takes three drops….. increased thyroid function makes you function better. I can feel the increase in energy and attention better than coffee but coffee tastes so good… this bottle will last a long time. A little is all you need consistently.

Iodine is essential for human health, specifically for producing thyroid hormones that manage metabolism and brain development. It is rarely found in nature as a pure element but rather as salts (iodide) found in seawaters, seaweed, and soil. Most people are not getting sufficient iodine from diet alone — nor from just their multivitamin alone either. A full dose (3 drops = 225 mcg) in my opinion is overkill, but I’ve found that 1 drop (since my multivitamin already provides 75 mcg which is 50% of recommended daily intake) does the job excellently. I’ll do 2 drops (as well as my multivitamin) if I know that I’ll be going multiple days or am on a streak of eating poorly (not healthily).

I stopped purchasing T.m.r. products when they replaced the glass droppers with a cheaper plastic version; I’m happy to see the new packaging once again uses a glass dropper! The product itself it very good and works as it should. Don’t believe me, see for yourself.

Simply put Trace Elements Iodine is the easyest way to get your iodine. I use sea salt so I don't get iodine that way. Trace drops is a simple way to add it to any liquid and it's done. Also, it is cheap since there's no pill to manufacture. When I'm considering adding any supplement to my daily routine I always check Trace Elements as their cost per dose is low and doesn't add another pill to my daily routine.

It's a good product, my husband is using it for keloid and it already seems to be working!
