Great value, works well
Finally my old B&D charger wire had frayed beyond repair. This replacement is excellent and very good value.

Brilliant and inexpensive replacement charger
The original Black & Decker charger for my cordless screwdriver had stopped working (broken cable) so this was an ideal find. Worked straight out of the box, and the status lights are a bonus that my original charger didn't have. Recommended.

Doesn’t work
The first one I ordered failed to charge the battery - the LED showed green to show the battery was charged but it wasn’t. Thinking I had simply been unlucky, I exchanged it for another one.The replacement worked for one charge so I assumed it was good. However, when I used it a second time (a month or so later) it did not charge the battery with the same problem of the light showing charged but battery totally flat after being on charge overnight. Looking at other negative reviews - this is a very common fault (which makes me wonder why it is still available for sale).Unfortunately this occurred just outside the statutory refund deadline- my fault for buying cheap rubbish I suppose.

Compatible replacement charger for my black and decker strimmer
I opted for this and a replacement battery initially as it was cheaper than buying a brand new replacement strimmer. This did nothing on the old batteries but did a perfect job on the replacement battery. My strimmer works again! Cheaper than a new one. Can’t comment on longevity yet which is why I only gave it 4 stars. Very pleased!

I got it as U can c, and it's working
The only thing if I didn't have a mobile phone Iight of not got my item, The parcel was left outside my front door , The courier didn't press my door number on the intercom Entry at the Main Entrance of the block of flats I'm in
