I have used this is muffins with egg recipe and it does wonders. Can't even tell any difference

Doesn’t work for cake
This product doesn’t work for making a vegan cake. I would suggest oil and baking powder instead. I can’t comment on its ability to make other things but I think it would work better with non sweet food

Loved it
The best egg replacer I've used as I have food intolerances. It works well in pies, cookies, cakes and sauces. You can also pour it on top of a pie and get an almost golden bake egg crust.

A really easy way to replace eggs
The egg replacer works really well and is so easy to use. My first two cakes turned out so well that I’m now using it in all my cakes. Great for people with allergies.

Hadn’t used this brand but it’s good. We have ordered this a few times now, we used to use a product simply named ‘egg replace’ but we stopped being able to find itSo tried this and it’s just as good if not better!

Personally find them difficult to cook with as generally the recipes need a lot of extra ingredients to make them work. Tried to make brownies and they came out blackened and a tar like consistency, I'm not the best baker but brownies are pretty straight forward. I'll try some other things but its like cooking with an algenate.

Great for baking!
I was baking cookies for a vegan friend and wanted to use my normal recipe. This worked well! The recipe only had one egg so I felt this would be pretty safe. I’m not sure if it would work if you needed a lot of eggs.

Has baking soda in it so high in Sodium but otherwise great for baking 🍪🍰

I must admit I had my doubts about this, but was forced to try it recently when my local grocer became "out of stock" on all fresh eggs!So far, I've used it with packaged waffle and cornbread mixes, and added it to muffins made from scratch. I'm very happy with the results! No taste difference, little if any texture difference, and all items cooked through beautifully.But DO read and follow the instructions! It will not make scrambled eggs - it is not for that purpose. It is intended for baking. When mixed with water it will thicken quickly - don't wait too long before adding to your other ingredients.And I just realized another bonus - no cholesterol!! As I now have to watch my cholesterol count, this makes me very happy.I've just added Bob's Red Mill egg replacer to my next grocery list. I will always keep it on hand.

Decent replacement
I got these to make vegan muffins for my son. They worked perfectly. The package says, though, that it's the equivalent of more than 2 dozen eggs. I REALLY disagree. I feel like I might be able to get the equivalent of maybe a dozen. But if you're vegan or avoiding eggs for some other reason, this is a great option.
