Here is the ingredient label from the back. This is very tasty and (as you can see from the label) is essentially a beef/soy-sauce flavored broth. (Very similar to the "Beef Dashi/Dashida Powder" products in the same category from Asian region/markets.)

I liked it a lot. Made my pork soup taste fabulous.
