The water bottle was not included, just the ripped packaging.

Absolutely love this filtering water bottle!!! Easy to use, easy to clean and keeps me in purified water.....everywhere!!!

I did not received the filter with the bottle. All that was in the Amazon box was the bottle. No Brita filter as advertised, packaging or care instructions. It appeared to be a returned bottle as it had a couple small scratches on it and no protective coverings when you purchase an item such as this one.

I cant even believe that I just got an envelope with no bottle! Just part of the bottom packing and that's it! It seems Im not the only one with the same issue!!!!
