I’ve been using this for years it’s shocking to me that more ppl don’t buy it as a friend of mine from Lebanon who taught me how to cook Lebanese food said this brand is on point and has the taste and consistency necessary for perfect hummus.I do refrigerate after opening however I set it on its lid as it can harden and it makes it easier to get it out, it separates as all good nut butters will so be sure and mix it well.
