8ft one is Just right for me (5ft 9 human)
The media could not be loaded. I can't complain - It was perfect for me. used it one weekend so far. It was big enough to easily get up once you caught the wave and small enough that you can have a little bit of turning left and right to avoid all those kids on body boards.Seems fairly robust, the wind was super strong and it didn't feel vulnerable to snapping or anything.Oh one negative - the leash is like a shoe string - I put a decent one on instead as the one that came with it looked like it would be gone with the first wave.

Not great
Fins in the board do not point in the same direction. The line in the middle of the board is slightly to the right and after about two weeks of surfing it the leash plug broke...

Good but ties are weak
The boards are good quality but the ankle ties are very thin and will not last very long.
