Loved Everything about it... 300 ft of range. Water dustproof and Sweatproof... Great Sound.... The only thing i disliked were the eargels that came with it and the 1 plastic earpiece that was small Really hard to use compared to previous model the had the eargels that slipped on the earpiece making it more secure and a selection of sizes in the. Plastic earpieces but this is my second one i Have had and the flip breaks unable to purchase the flip seperately that will work with Boom 2+ this is why I Had to edit my review from 5 to a 3. I purchased a flip that said it would work for the Boom 2+ but it Did not after installed it would not shut off after closing Flip.

Easiest connecting for a bluetooth that I have ever had. Turn it on and have the bluetooth opened on your phone and it connects right away. Long range connectivity as long as there aren't a bunch of walls or anything to block the signal. Microphone is clear, and the speaker is very loud and clear. Battery life seems to be pretty decent as well. Would definitely recommend this bluetooth

I've owned several of these units. And always loved them. They stayed connected no mater what. However, this one I purchased a month or so ago, isn't worth the money. It will disconnect constantly. It won't hold a charge. It won't let the volume turn up enough. It's too thick to to stay put on my ear. If I turn my head in any direction people say they can't hear me. Even though the phone is laying in my lap. I'm extremely dissatisfied with this purchase. I'm not going to make another purchase. The upgrades that was done to this new unit hurt it so much that it's not worth the money I paid. Why can't they just fix the flimsy flip to talk so it will not break so easily. I'm not going to ask for my money back because it's not worth the cost to send it back. I'll just purchase another brand.

Love the small size yet effects result, but I wish the HX550 east available again.

This is the worst Motorola Boom 2+ Bluetooth I've ever purchased. It doesn't automatically connect even when the phone is right next to it, I have to flip the speaker to get it to connect every morning after charging. Periodically daily it just shuts off on it own for no good reason. If I have to keep flipping the speaker off and on it will eventually break off. Why does Motorola only include car chargers? As customers we don't live in our cars and they need to be charged in our homes! I've owned many Motorola Bluetooths in the past and prior to this one at least two Motorola Boom 2+ Bluetooths and have always been more than satisfied with them until now.

They described it as a 9 hour talk time. only has 6. It's supposed to be a better Bluetooth. Boom 2+. But it's the exact same as original except for the color..

I originally purchased the boom 2+ thinking that it would be better than my original boom2. My Boom 2 would notify me of my caller by name, not just the phone number. Boom 2+ was to do the same, it did not and that was a priority feature. Boom2+ did not always let me get my calls, like it wasn’t compatible with my Apple IPhone. Where as just the Boom 2 did. The same with my Siri was not compatible with Boom2+. As it is with Boom2.

This is one of my favorite headsets. Been use version for years. Since I use them 8hrs a day they don’t last note than a year for me at work. So I buy them quite often. Does everything I need to when on business calls no problems with hears or having people hear what I am saying

The connection to the phone is very weak. Very muffled.
