Will it support vmware esxi 7?

Yes, it will support it. I currently have MS Server 2020 running on it now with 4 virtual servers assigned to it. Vmware is well under that for requirements. vmware esxi 7 originally with the updates wants to run R830 for the faster RAM but the 630 will run it at a slower rate. Its more like what do you want speed or slower rate. That is the only difference.

Idrac7 is not working. is there something i need to do?

Does this unit support 4K graphics?

not as is, this is a server not a gamer's workstation, there are expansion slots but no extra internal power connector cables.
