Q: How come it won’t get hot even when turned on?

Used this just over a year & it quit heating up. I only used a 270 setting too, nothing super hot. I was not expecting that from this brand, but it looks like it is a common thing. I was going to get another one thinking it was a fluke, but after reading the comments, I think I’ll go w/ a different brand. So sad when you can’t trust a brand anymore.
