The Trampoline took about 2 horus to put together - but an extra hour digging trenches in the bank to position it where we wanted it to be. The instructions were clear and worth following as we thought we might take a few short cuts and do things in a different order - but this just delayed things.It has only been up an hour but the kids are loving it. They gave me the title of this review.It is well built and looks like it will last a good period of time. The details are well designed and junctions look strong and safe. I feel happy to recommend it. In this time of Covid-19 this will keep the kids exercised.The order was placed just before the shut down and it has taken some time for it to arrive - but it can hardly be described as "essential" - so we are happy that we were patient and that it got here in the end.

I bought a trampoline via Amazon in May 2022. There was a part missing which despite numerous chasers was never supplied. I bought it myself and because of this the trampoline wasn't used until July 2022.A few months ago the top metal circle bit that holds the top of net snapped in two places. I replaced it from my own pocket.The same thing happened again last week, together with the jumping pad that broke. I emailed company and the sent out both parts.Today, my husband went to exchange parts but noticed that the actual metal frame tube is broken (completely snapped) in two places, basically held together by the broken jump pad.It was so lucky that I didn't let kids go on trampoline in the meantime as it would have probably killed them!Company refusing to replace under guarantee because not caused by corosion.It's absolutely shocking and diabolical and will be taken to small claims.The limit of trampoline is 100kg, my kids are 22kg and 32kg respectively.Our previous trampoline (different company) lasted well over three years, which included very heavy use during lockdown. We only swapped it because wanted a bigger trampoline.Companies like this should realise that their future depends on their customer service.I definitely won't be buying anything else with them.

Safe design and looked good.However It broke twice as our son is a teenager and weighs close to weight limit which is only 75 kg.We ensured ground was level and stable.The company was helpful with replacement parts but after it broke twice we gave up on it and as just outside 12 month warranty by 1 month on second break down refund refused.So only suitable for younger kids and be aware of weight limit.

Great trampoline (so far, we've only had it a few days) and the kids love it. Instructions aren't easy to follow though, I had to search for a Plum trampoline assembly video on YouTube, which helped a lot. I assembled the trampoline on my own, but would recommend a second person helps for ease and speed.

This sturdy piece of equipment has been a godsend for my 7 year old granddaughter and 4 year old grandson during lockdown. They’re having daily jumping sessions and even use it to lie on and relax .

The trampoline went up quite quickly and safely. The children were jumping all day. Good quality.

Great trampoline for the price - reasonably put together. Kids love it.
