The Six Sigma Way: How to Maximize the Impact of Your Change and Improvement Efforts, Second edition

Having been recently put in charge of a Process Improvement Team I did not know where to start. Lucky for me, I started with The Six Sigma Way, which is a great resource in getting things up and running. I could not recommend this book more, it is really a must have for anyone in leadership or interested in getting Process Improvement up-and-running and running successfully. There have been attempts in getting PI running at my organization in the past but with the clarity provided from the book I am confident this time it will yield success and having a major impact on changing culture.

For a book that isn’t cheap, the condition I received it in was disappointing. The corners were all bent and the binding was broken. Almost like it was used and returned but I paid “new” price. I may return it for a book in better shape. Again, this wasn’t cheap.

Excellent training and reference material!

I have red, for the first time, up to 80% of the book and it is full of insights that help me understand the Six Sigma Way. I consider that it has been enlightening. I hope that, after reading it all and studying all its parts I will be able to improve my performance (and that of my company) a great deal. Best Regards!
