A wonderful tasting, full bodied vinegar that smells heavenly & makes any vinegarette taste astounding. I love the smell & taste & haven’t found anything else in this category that is as good as this. It’s very popular in my house & adds a delightful taste to salads of any kind. Folks always ask me for the ingredients of my salad dressing when I use this. Well worth the price as a splurge.

It doesn't taste like dark balsamic, but I'm sure it wasn't supposed to being it's made from white grapes!Gives a great flavor to my seafood chowders! I will buy again!

Not only did I have some difficulty finding this sherry vinegar at some of my local stores, it was less expensive by $1.00 on Amazon from the one store carrying it. I make a delicious salad dressing using this, so was grateful to be able to find it as well as saving a little money.

Apricot is included in the vinegar. So it’s a bit sweet. I make a polenta and kale soup which I serve with a dot of this sherry vinegar and fine olive oil. I don’t use it in salad dressing because it’s too mild. For salads I use an aged Spanish sherry vinegar with a bit of punch. Still I do like this vinegar and just ordered more. BTW I do like the brand.

This is my go-to vinegar for making salad dressings! It's delicious, and the quality is top-notch. This is my favorite flavor, but I also really like their Fig Balsamic vinegar. I've been buying this brand for years for myself and as gifts for others.

Just pop this open and sniff...and you are well on your way to your own Balsamic Vinaigrette! That's what I use it for. The first time I ordered it came well wrapped and packaged, the second- the bottle was well wrapped, but it was alone in the box and able to roll around inside which I didn't think was very good. :(Anyway- this is my favourite one for my Keto dressing!
