The dry wall mount drywall anchors are HUGE, wall attachment does not easily separate from the soap container making it feel as if it will rip off the wall when trying to remove it. I could put up with those but the fact that it doesn’t work certainly doesn’t help. After drilling human sizes manholes into the wall and installing it, the moment of truth came when I placed batteries in and was ready for the soap to come out to my delight it sensed by hand but that matters NONE because no soap comes out. I thought it maybe it needed to be primed so I sat moving my hand under the sensors about 30,000 times and nothing. Then I thought maybe it was consistency of hand soap (not a thick gel) so I filled another with water and after 30,000 tries no water came out. So consistency isn’t the issue. What could it be? Am I missing a step on these very vague instructions like “remove plug prior to filling with soap”?! I really don’t want to take these down, revealing the giant holes in the wall that will likely require replacing the drywall altogether but it appears I have no choice. Such a sad disappointment

This dispenser isn't truly motion sensitive as it goes into sleep mode when not used. Each time you want to use it you have to push the power button before activating the motion sensitive panel. Power button is small and hard to find.

I ordered twice thinking first might have some manufacturing defect but NO even second one didn’t work. What a disappointment! Complete waste of time and energy!

We had an expansion to our church and wanted automatic dispensers. I liked the look and it has worked great forour bathrooms.

The first one I got was DOA so I was skeptical, but the second one works like a charm

Fonctionne bien mais semble très fragile. Plastique très mince. Reste à voir combien de temps le mécanisme va fonctionner. On croise les doigts à ce prix!
