Installs in 15 min verry easy to operate tell correct info as stated would recommend.

Easy install and easy to use setup was simple using the instructions included.

I know this is going to make me sound like an old fart, but way too many functions for just 2 buttons. Not an intuitive interface at all. LoL, I mean, I ended up taking the battery out 'cause I didn't feel like reading all the way to the last page to find out that pushing both buttons together turns off the LCD screen. Besides all that mess, it does work. I was just expecting a digital tachometer without the extra egg timer features. Total hours of operation, job timing, service countdown, and then double that for the 2nd display. Speaking of egg timer features, it's "TOT" total hours of operation, which is for the digital meter, not your engine. Because the TOT cannot be reset and has to reach 999,999 hours before it goes back to 0. Oh, and if you're wondering, that's about 114 years. But like I said before, the tachometer does work.

I’m just skeptical of how accurate the rpm actually is. I’m not 100% onboard with wrapping a “sensor” wire around a heavily insulated spark plug wire. Wish there was an alternative such as a conductive eyelet onto the spark plug or something. I’ve currently put just under 5 hours on my new build according to the unit and that little watch battery is still working great lol, we’ll see how much longer it lasts

A real piece of CRAP. Horrible inconclusive instructions. Complicated set up. attached to m y V-Twin motorcycle per instructions and settings. RPM's are way off. Idle shows 620 RPM revving the engine fast , it shows around 1200 RPM (should be 3000-5000 rpm. Road tested, and conclusion is I wasted my money. Then again it may work for a lawn mower if monitoring your mower RPM's is important. DO NOT BUY

I added a medium sized alligator clip to use this as a tool rather than a permanent installation. It works very well on 2 and 4 stroke engines. Very easy to read

I read the directions , sort of , installed unit with the little bolts , wrapped wire 4-5 turns and used 5 zipped ties , it help kept the wrap tight , then the extra wire that is created when you close the hood is wrapped slightly through the throttle cables to keep it from touching exhaust and away from belt. As I lowered the hood I reached inside and just looped it between the cables loosely , so if i open the hood the extra wire would slip off , expand and not pull on the wrapped secured wire held on with the zipp ties. Also I read some had battery cover issue , Fyi must install cover correctly with words up , not upside down. It matters on staying closed.

It works pretty good just wish it was hard wired in stead of battery powered other than that its not bad. I used it on my 4wheeler and I would recommend it

Works well and easy to install just have to calibrate the rpm and it tracks the hi rpms and low. Set hr meater and then know when to change oil I put it on my atv 4 stroke 125 cc would recommend this product to a friend

Perfect for the price. Easy to set up and install. Warnings all work and seems to be really accurate. Highly suggest

Thought I’d take a chance on this thing. Waste of time and money. According to this gauge my 30 hp 4 stroke outboard idles at 5600 rpm and 13,000 rpm at wot 🤦🏻‍♂️
