I bought these for use on my Traeger. They handle the heat just fineI love the fact that smaller items won’t fall through. Perfect for jerky! The only reason I don’t give five stars is because they are kind of a pain to clean. I soak them for a few hours immediately after use, then I scrub them. Follow it up with laying across top rack of dishwasher.

Bought these because I didn't like using aluminum foil to smoke jerky in the smoker. Obviously, the jerky will just fall through the normal smoker grills, but with these, it works out great. PLUS, you can load these up in the house and slide them in the smoker on top of the grills! Can to trim to size, but now fit perfectly!

You get what you asked for. They're perfect for smokers, and easy to cut to size if they're too big. Practically 0 mess or cleanup. Tossed in the dishwasher and they came out pristine.

Used on the BBQ, cleaned in the dishwasher, used numerous times and still good as new.

I used these mat’s in my smoker to make pepperoni sticks and also salmon chunks. They worked perfect to cover up the bigger holes in the trays. The holes are small enough to keep everything from falling through but big enough not let the heat and smoke through. They were easy to cut to the size I needed. Clean up was a breeze. Just had to soak them and give them a wipe. Would recommend and buy again.

Cooking chicken over charcoal. 180 degrees. Caught fire and melted. Straight into the bin with the rest of them.

These work great for smoking jerky. Easy to clean up after use. Time will tell how long they last.
