Not quite 10 pounds...
The 10 pound package ended up being 9 pounds 13.5 ounces including the bag, so probably around 6 ounces light. I guess you don't always get what you pay for, literally. Buyer beware.

Quality inconsistent
I grind unhulled barley malt into flour & make pancakes which turn out consistently good. The first bag was great but this second bag gives poor results. The grain is smaller, harder, no sprout visible & not sweet. It's like regular barley.

The delivery guy sent me a picture of my package sitting on my door step sooo props to that guy, also got this as a gift soooo I can’t say if this is great or anything but looks prefect and is 10+ pounds soo I’m happy
