I was pleasantly surprised when I used these hand riveters. The quality was much higher than I expected it would be for an inexpensive tool. I would definitely recommend this purchase, and they give you 4 different size rivets to be able to know what size you need.

Needed a pop riveter to install some gutters. Good assortment of pop rivets in the kit. I didn’t have to buy any extras to complete the job.The tool feels substantial and not like it will barely get the job done. Good leverage with the handles. No slippage when gripping rivets. All rivets pulled tight and broke off cleanly. Very happy with this purchase.

Light duty for around the garage at home. Heavier than I expected for the price.Would buy again.May 2020 update: Have used this a half dozen times on various projects (the latest being reattaching a seat cover on my Harley after adding a gel pack) and it's held up very well for an inexpensive tool.

I used this rivet gun on my kayak a few times but unfortunately, this particular gun "exploded " on me and came apart. I was in the middle of doing a job on the kayak and had to rush down to the local hardware store and purchase another one. Upon contacting the seller, they were excellent in their customer service and gave me a refund. I would have opted for another one to be shipped to me , which was one of the options, but since I had purchased another one, I certainly did not need two rivet guns. The product is sturdy and easy to use and I would recommend this product. I just may have gotten that one defective product or maybe I was using it wrong.

It's exactly what it says it is and it does exactly what it says it will. The only issue I had is that I didn't read the description close enough to see that the maximum size for rivets was too small for my needs as I had bought this for rivets I'd already had. Ended up picking up another one that did have a large enough head. This does work as designed when used with rivets that fit it.

I bought this tool for one quick rivet job to install some sport pedals on my 2010 Honda Fit. It was a good thing that this one came with the additional rivets so for someone like me, who had never used a rivet gun before, could try out and see how the rivets are formed. That done, I riveted the included rivets that came with the part I bought for my car and in less than 5 minutes had the new pads and covers riveted to my pedals. Works great and anyone who needs a quality riveter look here. Glad I bought it!

I've never used a rivet gun before, so I don't really have anything to compare it to, but I wanted to install some rain gutters and this worked perfectly with the SNUG rivets (SNG171) I also bought. The quality is decent; better than I would have expected at this price point had I not already had some (positive) experience with other TACKLIFE tools.If you're a professional who is going to be riveting stuff regularly you'll probably want to skip this in favor of something better, but if you just want to put up some gutters at your house or take care of some other occasional tasks, this is an excellent way to go.

I wish there were a little storage case included with this, but the extra cost may be enough to cause people to look for cheaper product. I don't blame the seller. But other than that, I found this item worked well for my project. It's well made. Videos on how to use are best found on YouTube, as no instructions are included. It's very simple to operate of course. Included rivets were all I needed for my little job.
