EDIT: one year on and it's stopped working, it was working fine and I hadnt picked up my iPhone in a couple months, came back to it, case was showing 3 out of the 4 lights, iPhone was dead, started charging phone with it and it got to 100% and the case hasn't turned on or let me charge it since. Was good while it lasted, doubt I can even get assistance from the manufacturer it's been too long nowI bought this to use with a old iPhone 6s I bought just for pokemon go, it keeps it going all week long with medium use, I can imagine it could play pokemon for probably 24 hours straight.I've been using it and I'm pleased with the performance of it, charging speeds are what I'd expect from any iPhone 6s, just average as the phone doesn't support fast charging atall.Build quality is great, it's been on a holiday to spain with me and has still avoided scratches which I'd actually expect it to be scratched by now, as it is a "case" so it seems quite scratch resistant which is goodThe volume/power buttons can be a bit hard to press but that's just something to get used too, overall great product that should serve me well for atleast a couple of years.The last set of pictures after the warning inside the case about how to remove the phone safely is my way of removing the phone from the case without breaking the connector, I've had it in and out of the case numerous times probably more than most people will which isn't how it's designed so if you need to remove the phone at any point, take care because you will see how delicate the connector looks.I firstly push the phone by the camera with my dominant hand and limit the amount the phone can come out of the case with my none dominant hand, using just enough force, slow and steady wins the race here, one wrong move and the case connector is broke so remember your money is on the line.Once lifted slightly I pull the phone out keeping it flat as possible and trying not to over pull (when you hands suddenly pull something apart, hold it close to you body for stability)Pleased with this product!

This is my third attempt at finding a battery case for an iphone 6s plus.The first type I had ( not from this manufacturer ) I sent back twice because of failure to charge - and then a complete failure.The second was a Mophie juice pack which muffled speech over calls so I returned that also.So far, this looks promising:(a) the case is rubberised unlike the Mophie so it might survive a drop better.(b) the pass through for the lightning connector works - unlike the first type(c) it actually behaves like a battery pack: charging itself and the phone works I would expect them to(d) getting the phone into and out of the case is MUCH easier on this than the others.The case surround is quite compact and doesn't increase the width and depth of the phone by much - unlike the Morpie.It is heavy but that's simply because of the battery capacity.If it continues to work as it is doing currently then I will be well pleased.

I have had this case for almost two months now, and so far the only negatives I have are as follows:1. For certain applications I prefer the wired earbuds that came with my phone and plug into the lightning port. These do not work with the case on. Not an issue if you use AirPods or other Bluetooth listening.2. The weight. I knew it would be heavy, but it is just slightly heavier than I expected. I suppose that is the trade-off for great battery life.All-in-all I am very pleased with this and would recommend it to anyone with large hands like me. My wife has trouble gripping it well.For me it isn’t too bulky for, or easily slip out of my hand; doesn’t obscure my camera; keeps my phone charged all day even with heavy use; and is easy enough to put on or take off.

This worked perfectly when I got it. Reliable, extended power when I needed it and I found I didn’t get the battery anxiety. Since Apple updated, the power bank is as useful as a brick. It’s charged but the phone refuses to charge from it. Not even recognised. Pointless purchase. Next phone will not be Apple, I’m sick of Apple trying to get people to buy Certified by Apple when other companies can deliver a far superior product but get hampered by Apple’s greedy insistence on blocking 3rd party products.

Lasted less than 9 months

Good battery life needs an overnight charge once a week! It is a bit heavy but as I don't have long phone conversations it's not a problem. Heavy enough so that you know it's in your pocket. Good product.

I was always running low on iPhone battery power, especially when travelling. I decided to try one of these battery covers and see if it was a suitable solution. Practically, it adds extra weight to your phone but it is lighter than the external battery blocks you can buy. The pack can recharge your phone from flat to 100% and still have enough left to provide even further emergency power when needed. The battery pack uses the same lightning cable to charge and sync your phone so there is no reason to remove the case. Care must be taken when removing the case as the connector can be broken by angling the phone too much when taking it out of the case.

Had 2 of these now. First one was brilliant for well over a year until the charging point snapped off so I bought another one , which has lasted barely a month and now no charging ( on any apple lightning port products). It holds a full charge and charges the pack but will not pass on that charge to the phone.The connection port is still fully intact and has worked fine many times since being removed and connected. It just stopped working!
