Excellent product except for one annoying flaw: the bolt that threads through the loop for the speedbag needs a nut to keep it in place, otherwise the speedbag eventually goes flying as the bolt unwinds with each punch. Besides, even if there was a nut to hold it in place, the bolt isn't long enough. You'll need to get a longer bolt and a fitting nut.

Quality and Durability great size, not very good at bounce back , will make you work!!!!

I accidently overfilled my original speed bag and caused it to pop. I purchased this one because it seemed a good value at the price. The bag is nice however it seems heavier and not as reactive or bouncy as the original. I use this on an Everlast freestanding stand and if the bag is not hit perfectly on the mount it will cause it to vibrate and throw off all momentum.

I've ordered 2 other speed bags and both have either fallen apart or leaked. This is - so far - the best I've had. It barely loses air and none of the seams have come apart, etc. In fact, it loses such little air that when I first received it, I purposely overinflated it as I always had to do with my other ones. When the bag wasn't going down and my timing got off, I literally had to deflate it to reach the bag to the proper pressure. So far, a great buy!

Great for a hard hitting workout. I gave a previous review saying that it was heavy and slow and inconsistent. But I was wrong, it became consistent after a couple of weeks. I've grown to love hitting this speedball because it is heavy and requires hard hitting. I can feel the burn in my forearms and shoulders after using it. It's great quality too.

Great material, all the pieces were included. Bag was in perfect condition although a little smaller than expected but I guess that just increases the challenge.
