Very easy and quick to use.
I bought this product rather than a competitor because I liked the design (ergonomics) and it had good reviews. It is extremely easy to use: 1) clip it on a finger, 2) press the button on top, 3) wait maybe 3 seconds for the results, and both pulse (bpm) and oxygen content (%) appear on the display. The values I got were consistent with those I get from medical checks. The display is bright and large. The spring pressure is just right; neither too loose or tight. YOU MIGHT WANT TO KNOW: a) your finger goes in with the nail facing towards the display, b) it is for occasional checks, not constant monitoring (say, during exercise), c) don't check the same finger more than once every 2 hours, and d) the "power button" doesn't turn it off - just pull your finger out and it will shut off shortly after. It does exactly as I expected and I would recommend it.

Five stars, accurate, and user friendly
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. This product is just as described. I'm a nurse and mom, so having a pulse oximeter handy is very convenient for me. The package includes the pulse ox, batteries, case, lanyard, and user manual. I compared the readings to my other pulse oximeter and they are extremely similar in results! It is very user friendly and even works well on babies and kids. It will beep when you first turn on the pulse ox and will give you a reading almost instantly, but if you wait for it to continuously beep, it will give a more accurate reading. I love this product!!

Great product
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. This oximeter works great and great for peace of mind. Results are accurate and steady. I compared numbers with the one at the doc office and they both match. The reason why I bought this was because sometimes I feel like I have trouble breathing so it’s nice to be reassured that everything is OK. Great quality product and I highly recommend

Life saving oximeter!
I give this oximeter 5 stars on all levels. Having had this oximeter from Ankovo literally helped me to know it was time to call 911 and saved my husband's life. He has late stage severe COPD and having thisoximeter by Ankovo I was able to tell his oxygen saturation levels had dropped to very dangerous on the verge of coma levels. I also have a heart condition as you can tell from the photo and I'm able to take regular readings to see how low my heart is going and inform my doctor. I highly recommend this product, it's as advertised, easy to use and accurate according to our in-home health care nurse that came and compared to his readings.

Accurate pulse ox
This pulse ox does exactly as it should. It accurately measures heart rate and blood oxygen saturation. When compared to the heart rate on my Apple Watch and also the pulse ox monitor in the hospital I work at as a RN. Picture included for comparison of accuracy. Pulse ox comes with a nice padded carrying case and lanyard if you’re interested in carrying it like that. Easy to turn on and use. It has only been a couple days since purchase but so far it has been very accurate when comparing to another form of monitoring.

Inspired by the one found in my dr office.
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. My primary physician's office has this and always use this for every visit. I asked the nurse what this was for. I learned that this was useful to measure the oxygen level in my blood. I was like WOW.... It's great that this so portable that I could own this myself. The advance of technology allows for something like this. I decided to give this a try since because it's somewhat affordable. Some of the things that I like:1. It's very very easy to use. I just need to put my index finger in and press the button.2. It's powered by 2 commonly available AAA batteries.3. It comes with a neck strap and a little bag.I don't know the accuracy of this unit. I will check it when I go to the doctor next time.

You need a pulse oximeter in your home health kit!
I'm always shocked that more people don't have pulse oximeters in their home healthcare kits.... everyone has a thermometer, but not one of these. While taking your temperature is vital, checking your heart rate and especially oxygen saturation can give you a very accurate picture of your current health and if you need to take action. As a disabled person (with MCAS/POTS/CFS constellation) I find it absolutely vital to be able to monitor myself.I go through pulse oxis particularly quickly, as I make sure there is one in every purse or bag I carry, and I have a habit of giving them away to friends, especially those with medical issues. I think every regular person ought to have one at home, but everyone with medical issues ought to be carrying them. This little puppy saved me from having to use the one at my doctor's office (and therefore limit my cross exposure). It's really bright and easy to read, and I tested it for accuracy against my other pulse oxis (which have themselves all been checked against professional ones).
