bluetooth distance connection no more than 7 ft
paired with two phone devices, nice answer or reject call by voice , blue tooth distance connection no ,more than 7 ft,felt one time from my ear and parts split everywhere, but thats a nice product ,fast charging long time to talk , put my 2 phones on my back pocket and loose connection many times , please make the device with more strong connection , have a jabra 15 and use the ear clip on thise device because the one on extrme jabra are easy to brake. for some reason was broke , usually Iget jabras 15 ,25 because I lost on my jobs ,thjis time trying another like this ,excellent product just need to fix couple issues,thanks jabra team

had 3 all failed in a few weeks, just stopped working
had 3 over last 2 months, they would work fine then go wacky and constantly connect, disconnect and reconnect every 10 seconds, then turn off all the time. can't pause music, did not work for me.comfortable to wear all day, sound quality was ehhh, calls hard to hear, very limited range from phone to work.

Not as good as past purchases
I have bought several of these refurbished earpieces over the years and they have always worked very well so I suppose it was only a matter of time before I got a bad one.This unit started out fine, but after 4 months it went very quiet, and people I was calling said I sounded very muffled.Sadly its out of the refund window so this one is destined for the trash can.

Not Happy
I bought two. The ear clip broke on one immediately and the other makes a strange noise like it is suffering. Both have poor quality sound. This product makes me angry to use it because I have to keep saying "HUH!"

Junk earpiece that doesn’t do what’s advertised.
This is just a garbage Bluetooth earpiece. It says it has caller ID announcement but it doesn’t. It also tells you to download the Jabra app to set up different settings on it but it’s not one of their Bluetooth earpieces that works with the app. I used to like Jabra but this one has given me a very bad opinion of their latest garbage earpieces.
