Must have.
I make GF everything. Flat breads, cakes, cookies, sourdough you name it. This is a great flour. I add rice flour sometimes. It may seem pricey at first but it saves time and money over mixing my own gluten free flour blend. It’s not supposed to be low carb. Cake is cake whether gluten free or not. But when you need/want a nice treat you can make a wonderful gluten free version of it with this flour.

Excellent GF flour with no rice
Very nice blend that works well in a 1:1 exchange for regular flour. Made in a dedicated GF facility. Much superior to blends that contain rice- products made with rice tend to dessicate. Contains xanthan gum so no need to add any more. Be mindful that this blend contains salt and adjust salt in recipes if desired. Very happy with this flour as I no longer need to make my own rice-free blend!

High in CARBS. Not FDA approved
Definitely not Keto friendly. So if looking for low carb flour this is not it. Probably Gluetin free as advertising sed but not FDA approved
