Ninja isn't quite as powerful as previous model
I replaced a previous IQ with this one...it is a bit louder, the cup is finicky if you do not have it locked in a specific way it doesn't run. It stops unexpectedly - not like it normally does, it just ceases. We use it 4-5 times a day every day and will likely look for the previous model that we had instead of this one. I love the Ninja brand just a but disappointed with this model.

Not worth buying
This is my second Ninja blender for my daily shakes. (Second one that has not worked properly, that is ) I ordered it and had it in storage for a few months while i was waiting to move into my new house (2 month delay). Once I was moved in and opened my new Ninja blender. It would not blend or stay on. It has never worked properly and because of length of time since it was ordered, I as not able to send it back. Don't waste your money. Go with a more reliable manufacturer.

REFURBISHED
Soooo disappointed in this product because it is over priced compared to in store and then when the item arrived, it had a refurbished sticker on!!! And that for that price!!! And of course, since it is refurbished there is no manufacturer’s warranty on it... I tried to return it but there was no free return and only a $20 possible refund for a return... I have to return it to China... which will cost a lot more than $20 from Canada. VERY disappointed that it was not clearly marked as a refurbished product. Now I’m stuck with a lemon product.
