great mount for motorbike,
i was a little concerned when i ordered this that it wouldnt fit! i measured the internal of my hole on my bike and it was in the region on 8.5 mm and i checked on line for the M10 thread size. but i had no way to check the pitch. I took a pnt and it fits. hey! I added some loctite and used a small pair of mole grips and a tissue to install it. I then attached my phone mount (previously reviewed) and so far so good. i hanve not test rode it yet. My only down side is the fact that there is no HEX on the item to enable a spanner or som other tool to secure it to the bike.

Fixed bolt size. Make sure it is the correct size.
I bought one of these but had to return it as I incorrectly measured the mirror mount on my motorcycle. There's another RAM mount that comes with three different length interchangeable M8 bolts. I needed the middle size. I recommend that variant.

Fits the 2006 (Gen2) Yamaha FJR 1300.
